Multiwall / Twinwall
Multiwall polycarbonate sheeting adds interest to design
Multiwall polycarbonate twin wall sheets add colour, interest and creativity to design projects from furniture to lighting to room separation or stage creation. It is available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses.
Twinwall polycarbonate sheet material is durable, flexible and provides insulation, so it is highly suited to applications such as roofing, lighting, signage, interior décor and awning manufacture.
Twinwall polycarbonates for a wide range of applications
Multiwall sheeting can be used in roofing; transportation projects; public and commercial buildings; open passageways; indoor pools; verandas; skylights; awnings; interior design elements such as lighting or illumination panels; display windows and areas; exhibitions and signs; furniture manufacturing; stairs and railings; lighted stages; and for translucent space separations.
Polypropylene
PPH & PPC sheeting for industry, packaging and appliances
Polypropylene sheets ideal for a range of specialized uses.
Polypropylene sheeting products are used for a variety of purposes such as tank building; chemical storage; ducting; and the manufacture of fume cabinets. Polypropylene sheeting is also suitable for use in food contact applications.
PETG
PETG thermoplastic sheeting for merchandising and engineering projects
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified) is a thermoplastic sheet used in visual merchandising and engineering applications. It can be easily formed, die cut and punched and is coloured during processing if required.
PETG thermoform plastic sheet end uses
PETG thermoplastic sheeting is ideal for POS material, signage and display units. It is easy to vacuum form and performs exceptionally well in low temperatures. PETG sheeting has good chemical resistance and very high impact properties. It can also be recycled.
HDPE
Properties of HDPE
HDPE is easy to thermoform and has low water absorption properties. It is easily engineered and fabricated. In addition to the virtuous properties of HDPE engineers and fabricators specify HDPE as it can easily be vacuum and thermoformed, profile cut, extruded and welded.
HDPE – ideal for a multitude of uses
The properties of HDPE sheeting make it ideal for plastic and extrusion welding as well as vacuum forming and profile cutting.
Many essential items are manufactured with HDPE including; wear strips, chain guides, fume cabinets, ducting, chemical tanks, automotive parts such as mud flaps and dam linings, packaging, and it is also used for cutting and clicking boards.
Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate Sheeting for demanding applications
With its ultra-high impact resistance qualities Solid Polycarbonate is the material of choice for demanding applications. Although as transparent as glass and less than half the weight, Polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable. It is ideal for skylights, architectural roofing and glazing as it can be cold bent, easily fabricated and formed. The material also allows for high light transmission and blocks harmful UV radiation.
